All financial transactions on the phwil Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise.
phwil accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method and as published on the Platform. Deposits are credited to your phwil wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phwil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method(s) on your phwil account. phwil reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. phwil's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to phwil in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phwil does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of phwil services.
phwil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon account closure for cause, phwil reserves the right to void pending bets and forfeit balances derived from prohibited activity. Balances representing verified, clean deposits may be returned to the Player's payment method at phwil's discretion following a review period.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
